Not been short staffed the first visit resulting me having to come back but I appreciate the service is free and nhs is stretched

This was a positive experience as I booked an appointment and was seen on time but an informative nurse. Yesterday I attempted to use the walk in service the wait time was excruciating so I had to leave.
